Dr. Hiram Willis is an INC. 500 and New York Fortune 50 Award-Winning President with a doctorate in Finance. He has been a successful president of high tech companies with 29-years of consulting in finance, marketing, acquisitions, market share development, and operations. His background includes CEO, President, Chief Financial Officer, and VP of Marketing, as well as international operations Director in Japan, Germany, UK, and Canada. A Walden University Ph.D. in Finance, he is also a Drucker student holding an MBA from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management, Claremont Graduate University, as well as a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. In addition to consulting he is a graduate Professor of Finance and Marketing.
Mr. Irwin Chen has 25 years of Hi-Tech related experiences in Computer information, Computer Graphic, Computer I.C., Multimedia Video Messaging, Wireless Mobile App, and Telecom Industry. Experiences cover Engineering Professional, Sales & Marketing Manager, Vice President (Asia) of Visualize Video Corporation, Vice President (Asia) for 3D render farm software company Axceleon, Inc., Champion Telecom international sourcing consultant and Startup Executive. Irwin holds a Master’s Degree of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Houston also has Geophysics Master Program from Rice University. Last 5 years Irwin spends most of his time in China for business operation (Native-level Mandarin Chinese writing, reading, and speaking ability).
Mr. Charles Lu has over 20-years of experience in finance and investing in technology, semiconductor materials, smart medical devices, channel marketing, cooperate finance and large scale infrastructure projects. Mr. Lu has extensive public relations experience working with governments. Mr. Lu holds an MBA from San Jose State University and has attended a master's program in software engineering from Golden Gate University. Mr. Lu also has a bachelor's degree in English literature.
